150th Church Anniversary
Gospel Choir Extravaganza
The event will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025. We ask that all choirs arrive promptly at 5:00 PM to ensure a smooth check-in and preparation process. The program will begin sharply at 6:00 PM.
Light refreshments will be provided and vendors will also be available on-site.
We are excited to share this evening of praise, worship, and celebration with you, and we are confident that your contribution will bless all who attend.

150th Church Anniversary Gala Event
In honor of our storied legacy, Saint James is celebrating with “An Evening of Elegance” gala on Saturday, November 22, 2025, beginning at 5:00 PM at the Seaview | A Dolce Hotel in Galloway Township.
We are honored to have Bishop Samuel Lawrence Green, Sr., Presiding Prelate of the First Episcopal District of the AME Church, as our guest speaker for this memorable occasion.
We cordially invite you to join us in celebrating this historic event by attending in person or supporting through the purchase of a ticket or an advertisement in our commemorative “hard copy” souvenir journal. Tickets are priced at $150 per adult, and $35 for children aged 10 and under.
The souvenir journal will document the history and contributions of Saint James AME Church and of course include special messages from churches, civic leaders, businesses, and organizations in the community. Please submit advertisements or greetings to 150stjamesac@gmail.com.
